Happy Halloween

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Halloween!!

We are enjoying our Halloween having a quiet night in.

I felt I was too old and too lazy this year to figure out a halloween costume for Kenny and I.... So I kept it simple and dressed up Sally instead... She seems to enjoy her witch costume right???

Weekend in Tally!

Kenny and I spent last weekend in Tallahassee. On Friday my parents came in town for the game and we went for sushi and ended our night at the Wine Loft and Krewe de Gras. Saturday was the FSU Maryland game, Kenny and I spent the morning tailgating with our friends before heading to our "VIP" seats with my parents. We get spoiled watching games with my parents because you can drink and eat the whole game with out the crazyness of people in the stands. Sunday we headed back to Gainesville early so Kenny could catch up on homework. If only weekends were 3 days...

Can't wait till were back for another game in 2 weekends! Hopefully it will go by fast, and we have things to look forward to in between now and then. Next weekend were off to Fort Myers for Kenny to fix up the house he owns down there and for me to spend time with my friends and parents, and then the next weekend is UF homecoming and a bunch of our friends are coming up for the game! Our weekends never have a dull moment:)

Countdown till my Birthday!

In a month I turn another year older... which means it's really time for the  wrinkle cream. I have been using eye wrinkle cream for about a year now. Every night I use it my self, and then force Kenny to put some on his eyes... Hey, it's never to early for some for preventive aging and why not drag Kenny into the routine too? 

This weekend i justified buying designer jeans by convincing myself that they were a early birthday to myself:) I have a few other things on my Birthday/ Christmas wish list...

Amazing Beauty Product!!

This stuff is AMAZING. The nice ladies at Sephora gave me a sample of this a few weeks ago and I am in love!  The sample they gave me lasted for almost a week, so I won't be surprised if the tube last me till the summer. I had done a little research on the BB creams after hearing about them numerous times. I guess they are really popular in other countries but only recently have been introduced to the U.S. This "balm" acts as a moisturizer, primer, and treatment. It's really the best beauty product I have bought in a long time.

Lazy Sunday

Kenny and I enjoyed having a lazy weekend, yesterday we literally laid around all day! 

After being on pinterest all day, i was craving something pumpkin. I wanted to make something semi-healthy so I settled on Peanut Butter Fingers pumpkin oatmeal muffins.  I thought they were quite yummy and pretty healthy with oatmeal, whole wheat flour and pumpkin. They were extra good with honey on top:) 

My mom was on her way to Jacksonville for a conference for the week so she stopped by Gainesville today and took Kenny and I out for lunch while we chatted about the wedding.  She also brought me lots of goodies..Such a sweet mama:) 

I love lazy weekends!!

Week without Ken:(

Kenny has been gone for the week for a conference in Orlando so it's just me and Sally girl. We have had a boring week with out Kenny here:( Except on Tuesday night I had a Junior League social and afterwards me and a couple girls went to Emilianos for tapas and drinks. That was the highlight of my week:) 

I forgot to share a close up of the pumpkins I painted this weekend. Aren't they just adorable?? I am obsessed with Sally's:) 

Finally found the pumpkin spice K-Cups at Target today, no surprise though that it was the last box. I have been looking for these for 2 weeks! I'm excited to try them out tomorrow morning.

I think Sally is missing her daddy... 

Kenny gets back from Orlando tomorrow afternoon, and we are staying put in Gainesville for the weekend before we are off to Tallahassee again next weekend for some FSU FOOTBALL! I'm so excited to be wear some garnet and gold! I'm getting a little tired of wearing orange and blue...

Tallahassee Weekend

Friday after I got off work we headed to Tallahassee to spend the weekend with Kenny's family. We have been so busy with football weekends in Gainesville we hadn't been to Tallahassee since Kenny started school. On Friday night we met Kenny's dad and stepmom Karen for dinner at a local seafood restaurant and then I headed downtown for drinks with my girlfriend Kyla. On Saturday Kenny's mom and I ran errands around town before spending the rest of the afternoon watching football, drinking wine and eating seafood gumbo:) It was the perfect Saturday! Kenny and his brother Scotty played golf this morning while I did a little shopping before we headed home:( We had planned on going to the pumpkin patch on Saturday to get some cute fall pictures but decided just to take pictures at the house.. Here are a few.. Sally was not in the picture mood and we had to take a 100 pictures just to get a few good ones!! She's such a little brat!

Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites

Kenny and I are headed to Tallahassee tomorrow after I get off work. I was just craving something pumpkin so I made these caramel pumpkin cheesecake bites to take with us:) While they were baking I lit our fall candles for the first time, plugged in the matching plug-ins and put up our fall decorations!

They were a success and taste just as good as the look.

Now I'm back to packing for the weekend!!

What I'm Loving Wednesday:)

I'm loving that my besties came this past weekend for the UF ALABAMA game, we had a blast! On Saturday we went and tried on bridesmaids dresses but didn't have too much luck:( We spent the rest of Saturday making yummy goodies for our tailgate and then tailgated the rest of the day. On Sunday we woke up and ate brunch at Kenny and I's new favorite downtown restaurant before saying our goodbyes.

The girls and I made caramel apple cheesecake dip for the tailgate, and I am now obsessed! 

I'm loving that my birthday is next month, I have already created my wish list...:) These are going to be on the top of the list!

This weekend were headed to Tallahassee to spend some time with Kenny's family. I am dragging Kenny to the pumpkin patch to take some fall pictures! I am painting a pumpkin similar to this for our pictures:)
